norsp software package provides predictor of non-regular secondary structure, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install norsp
norsp is installed in your system.
Make ensure the norsp package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep norsp *
You will get with norsp package name, version, architecture and description in a table
